We are a small not-for-profit team. The work is research, plain-language writing and translation: explaining how everyday healthcare in Ontario actually works, for people with every kind of coverage arrangement and for people with none.

We are particularly glad to hear from people who speak the languages our readers use, and from people who have worked in settlement services, community health or a clinic front desk.
